Grass Fed Ground Beef & Vegetable Bowl

My body personally thrives on a high protein diet and I have found that grass fed ground beef does amazing with my digestion. I feel nourished, satisfied and fueled after I eat this ground beef & vegetable bowl, making it the perfect lunch or dinner.
