Everyday Celery Juice Recipe
Celery juice is an incredible way to begin the day, it detoxifies the liver, lowers inflammation, increases hydration in the body and skin, as well as setting your body up for success to digest food for the rest of the day.
I like to have this almost every morning on an empty stomach at least thirty minutes before consuming any other food for maximized benefits.
Ingredients
- 1 stalk organic celery washed
- 1 thumb fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 organic lemon
Directions
- In a juicer, add all ingredients beginning with celery, then ginger and lemon. If you do not have a juicer you can add all to a blender and strain through a cheesecloth for a juice like consistency.
